# Referral bonus.. sitting as ‘pending’ cash

Morning folks,

I’ve made a referral after both parties invested £100, and I’ve now received my bonus. It’s sitting in cash and is ‘pending’. When does this change to actual cash that I (I’m assuming, never done it…) can then invest in either my ISA or my SIPP?

@Gmac My understanding is that it can take up to 5 bussiness days to become investable. Once invested it must remain so for a minimum of 12 months before it is considered yours.

\*Please note I don’t work for InvestEngine, I’m just going on personal eperience.
