# Request to add WGEC

WGEC is a 60/40 ( 40% stocks , 60% Bonds)  
split ETF , unless you in retirement no one should have 60% in Bonds

Bonds typically have earned yearly 2-3 % interest over the last 10 years .

Put that 40% money in a Cash ISA and earn up to 5% per year

Or a high interest savings account.

The 60/40 no longer applies to current markets.

Well… WGEC had already been requested in December 2024 - how about an update as to when it will be added?

Surely it had been added to the fabled file for consideration by the “relevant team” at the time already and not just now, hadn’t it?
