# Sold everything: portfolio balance doesn't equal cash balance?

Transferring to another sipp provider, as my plans have changed and I’ll need more flexibility. Sold everything in preparation. Portfoliio balance is about 0.86% more than cash balance, according to the desktop app. Which one is the value of what I’ll be moving to my new provider?
