When I set up my account, it forced me to enable 2FA. However, I’m not receiving the instructions in my inbox, not even in spam, which is very frustrating. I also realised the same issue occurs with password reset.

I have this issue too. I received the email registering for this community, also received confirmation of my request to resolve the 2FA issue, but after 6 attempts no email and not in spam. This is not the first time IE have chosen a bizarre and ineffective solution to a simple process.
