# When can my employer pay into my SIPP?

It’s not about wanting to receive tax relief on employers contributions, it’s about wanting to pay contributions from the employer, which just isn’t possible currently via InvestEngine.

As you will (hopefully) know, paying contributions from the employer into a SIPP reduces taxable profits and therefore corporation tax, which is an extremely efficient means to extract money from a Ltd company. I have no desire to pay SIPP contributions as an individual, when the tax relief is far superior when paid by the company / employer.

I have this facility with my AJ Bell SIPP, I simply sign a form with each contribution certifying it as an employer’s contribution. I don’t understand why IE are unable to implement this - it seems simple.

So glad this forum exists and I could find this out before I made my huge pension transfer to investengine. I definitely won’t bother until this feature exists as that’s how I pay in

any news from invest engine about accepting employers contributions to SIPPS?

it is hopeless trying ti find out from invest engine, makes one worried about their longevity!

think we should all pull our funds
