Hi @Pinch ! I have forwarded your ETF request to our investment team, who will look into adding it to our DIY portfolio option. Thank you for your patience!
Hey there, we’ve checked and it’s already been requested so its currently being looked at by our team. There isn’t an update on exactly when it will be added, but we’re adding a bunch of new ETFs in the next coming months and we’ll update you if this ETF is included.
Here is a list of competitors that make this ETF available if that’s any help:
Hargreaves Lansdown
Fidelity
AJ Bell
Interactive Investor
iWeb
Trading 212
can you perhaps explain why other brokers have this added and we have to wait several months as i am perplexed as to why an ETF only provider is being left behind it appears.
But here is my best guess of the response you would have got if I had not interjected with sarcasm:
Thanks for your interest
Our team are “looking” at it
We now only add new ETFs once monthly at the end of the month
You then go away and scratch your head and wonder why a company trading ETFs doesn’t want to add ETFs to trade ???
You then go to something like stocklist.ai and notice JEPQ and JEQP are available on a lot of other UK brokers. You then trade them there instead. You then realise the long term business implications this has for InvestEngine. You then remember you’re actually a shareholder via crowdfunding. Your mind flips to the recent Freetrade acquisition. You feel a little depressed.
Hi! Great to hear you’re ready to start your investment journey! If you need any support or have any questions along the way, feel free to reach out.
