Hi @Gandalf, we appreciate you taking the time to share your ETF suggestion with us. I’ll make sure to pass it along to our Investment team so they can review it.
I’ve requested the same via Contact us section of IE website, as currently paying 0.30% for almost identical ETF.
Need a way to promote these requests through community forum, to give them priority.
It is a very small fund, £16M, (started in March) when compared to EQQQ (£8330M). I’m not sure they put on very small as there’s plenty of a lot older ones sub £20M not on there, but seem to be £50M+ ones on (I randomly checked various S&P 500 ones)
The problem with super small ETF is liquidity, it could take days to fill your order and most likely has a wide spread as a result. So may well also pay a premium if the only people selling have limits set above current price
I’ve since come to a similar conclusion about fund side and liquidity, although has to be said the more investors move in the better this will get over time. Comparing XNAQ from Xtrackers goes some way to solve this argument, though the difference in returns doesn’t make a compelling argument. Whereas the hedged Nasdaq 100 EQGB does, especially over the last 3 years. With the current US administration I think the next 3 years are going to go the same way, so I’m seriously considering opening up a position in this ETF.
Yes I agree with EQGB
