What’s the point of a community forum, that provides a product feedback section to its customers, if their feedback goes unanswered.
Trading 212 is the obvious option then.

i bought the etf on 23/12/25 up 8.97%.
is there a reason why ‘the management’ have not replied? beats me!

Presumably everyone is “busy” 
I asked for NCLP to be added a couple of days ago via email to IE customer support. My request was forwarded to the investment team. It sounded as if “repeated interest” expressed by customers would help with considering one request more than another one.
