Inflation combatting ETFs

Trying to minimise inflation I’m looking at other MSCI ETFs and came across HMWO. Anyone else holding this one or like, me are MSCI’d elsewhere.

I hold HMWO in my SIPP on another platform. For me this is still the pick for MSCI developed world index.

But now if I was buying anew I’d probably (?) prefer VEVE; VEVE tracks FTSE developed world index not the MSCI one.
