It’s probably best now to contact IE CS directly with the relevant details about which account / portfolio it is about so they can have a looksee.

@Donuts-R-Ace based on your previous post you implied that you had a standing order set up from your bank account. That’s how I interpreted it based on how you worded it. Anyway the point is, just to check and confirm on your bank standing order details if you added your InvestEngine account number as reference number. It is listed as “Portfolio reference: IPxxxxxxxx” It will start with IP and then 8 digits. If it was not listed then IE might not know to which account these funds must be allocated to.

Like I said, just a suggestion to check, but like @Pinch mentioned, this is now the time to enggage with IE support directly.

Hi @Donuts-R-Ace just to echo what the others are saying here, sounds like you need to speak to customer service to find out what’s happening. If you drop them a line on support@investengine.com, they’ll be able to have a look at your account and get to the bottom of it!

Ok ,my mistake, sort of , still got the money .
As IE didn’t accept Business account originally, I had to use an old personal account for the payments to IE.
In order to do this i had to do SO from Biz to personal acc , then the VRP from there , so no SO in personal acc , which of course now has no VRP on it.
Ok looks like I need to do the DD thing.

FTR , I didn’t do DD in the end. I now just have a mthly reminder on my calendar and do a payment on the day .
Prefer that to a DD personally.

Off topic but I wish the whole sipp in cash transfer would get a move on.

I have similar reminders for certain accounts - works nicely.

However, other stuff, like investing, I want to be as automatic as possible - hence I set up standing orders for the IE ISA and IE SIPP I have.
