Hey all,
I have £26,500 in my invest engine S&S account which the app will not let me withdraw.
I initially sent £5 to myself and this transaction worked for me but i suppose the full balance was too much for the company to withdraw at one time and trigged a security feature or something.
now i am locked out of making any withdrawals in the app and my only recourse is to contact the customer support which advertises a response time of 2 hours on their website, however my response seems to have dragged on for days.
I am feeling very impatient and have come across this community in which i have found that the wait time can extend to a few days, what i don’t understand is why you wouldn’t accurately describe how long a user may be waiting.
Anyway my impatience has led me to make this post as a way to push this forward or hear any kind of response from the company.
I could do with having the money at the moment and would have appreciated any response from service staff, even just a person saying that they were looking into my issue as that would alleviate a lot of stress.
I’ve now recieved a page where i can document my income and prove identity
glad you got a response, pleased for you.
can you tell me for how many days and why the amount of £24495 was sat in limbo?
it appears that you did a ‘transfer test’ of £5 which is safe and a good idea.
it appears that you did nothing wrong and have already documented your identity and income at the start, i recently retired so your issues will be mine!
i cant understand this and it appears obstacles have been put in your way so that the 25k is getting interest for someone else.
i hope ‘the management’ can prove me wrong.
I’ve received the money this morning, I probably just overreacted because it’s a lot of money to me and i felt that the communication was a bit absent
the money was in limbo from probably the 5th but i made a support ticket on the 7th and they have solved the problem on the 14th which is all things considered a pretty good turnaround, shame i had to do the ticket to begin with but to be fair it is a lot of money to just withdraw.
Hey Mark it’s all worked out now, check the post for details
