Could Franklin LibertyQ Emerging Markets UCITS ETF (FLXE) and
iShares Edge MSCI EM ValueFactor UCITS ETF USD Acc (EMVL) be added soon?

To answer your post, FLXE is a tiny ETF with £28m of AUM, so it is very likely we will run into liquidity constraints. EMVL trades in USD so we can’t add it just yet, but make sure you watch this space!
