In my portfolio what are the percentages. I see the percentage I have for each investment is after the / but what is the first one. Sorry for my ignorance here as a beginner.

You mean these percentages?
The front one is the current % (current weight) of your holding - the latter one is the % you set this holding to be (Target Weight). Target Weight can currently only be set in steps of 1% and no decimal points.
In my case this holding is currently at 30.1% and was set to be at 27% within the portfolio.
Thanks for the reply, mine seem far off my portfolio split despite recent rebalancing. Guess it take a bit of time to come into effect.

You could always ask IE Customer Service directly about it.
Also, when did you rebalance? Settlement time of trades is currently 2 days in the UK.
