just got a report .pdf on my account, it won’t open on laptop or on my phone, anyone else have problems?

Hardly surprising considering the PDF is zero bytes!

I wanted to give you an update on the reports from our side.
There was a minimal issue with the report generation last night, and some clients might have received notifications or empty reports. The problem is currently being worked on and will be fixed shortly, and all empty reports will be deleted.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

What are the reports and how often do they appear? Never seen one myself.
