Communication within customer portfolios

Hi all
Does anyone else think that Investengine communication with investors could be improved? Why not set up a secure messaging service within accounts like a lot of other banks and platforms do?
Any chance of this happening?

Just my take.
As I understand it Invest Engine is still making massive losses every year in the U.K.
Essentially they are running a large part of the free service at a loss.
Though I prefer instant communication, I prefer the free service more.
And, their email responses are pretty fast.
I’ll live with it.
