ISA top up not invested, it's been days

I topped up both my growth plans with £150 and £100 respectively on the 29th June, the top ups show on my accounts, but the money doesn’t appear to have been invested at all as yet, that’s 6 working days, previous top ups have been invested either the same day as the deposit, or the following day.

Is anybody else having this issue, it’s making me really nervous about this platform now.

you may well have responded to my enquiry, albeit 3 days later, but you didn’t even address my issue at all.
