Cannot action anything on my account, but can still login?

Hello, I run a limited company account with sizeable holdings in the 6 figures. On the 6th November, I made a top up of Cash which was never auto-invested, I didn’t notice this until the 13th.

Now, when I try to make any other top-ups, withdrawals or even just turn on auto-invest I get something unexpected happened, I get this on my phone & on the desktop browser. I have no emails from InvestEngine, I have no outstanding requests & all company documentation is good.

The deposit was nothing out of the ordinary; I have been making a weekly deposit of this amount for over a year now.

I have emailed support, but got no response so far, what should I do? Understandably having this chunk of company funds in limbo is a bit bizzare with zero comms so far. Thanks everyone!

Sorry to hear that this has happened to you.

Right now… nothing you can do, I’m afraid, but to wait until IE replies. You can see on these ‘ere boards that the average response time for replies seems to be going up. :roll_eyes:

Not having telephone support, and an unresponsive CS team otherwise, is one of the major drawbacks of IE.

For those wondering, this was an AML check (I suspected it might of been). However, I never got any comms from them until I prompted them to which they requested the normal standard of info. AML is expected & not an issue but why it took them 10 days for me to nudge them was not comfortable. Hopefully, they will resolve my account in a more timely manner at least.
