ISA transfer form and screen readers

Hello All
I have taken a look at the isa transfer form and find some parts to be confusing when read with
a screen reader. There is a field that is marked as ip8 which is under the name fields.
Can anyone shed any light on what goes in there and is ther any help with completing the form.
I understand that the support team is being swamped and most lines of help are down / limited at the moment.
So i thought i would try here.

I suspect it’s your Invest Engine Portfolio reference (If you’ve already set one up) If in doubt put your national insurance number in there (That’s what I did - I put it in 3 different places and mine got transferred OK)
