ISAs orders ‘stuck’ - no response to emails

Any advice appreciated.

I placed orders to rebalance my ISA a week ago and they were done wrong by IE… those ETFs I wanted at 19% were done at 1.9%, at 30% done at 3.0%… with over 90% left in one ETF.

I’ve asked for help fixing it through email and the IE messager, since Tuesday, but with no reply at all. Had they been done properly, I’d be £100s better off.

Given that they’re not replying, what can I do to get them rebalanced? I’ve tried doing the rebalancing again but days go by and they’re not moving.

My advice, raise a formal complaint, as an FCA regulatd broker they must acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and provide you with an outcome within 8 weeks.

Thanks for replying. Do you consider the grounds for complaint is many days of not replying, or loss of value on investments due their error?

can you prove the trade order as it could be said that the issue was with you?

The trades are showing as:

PACW 3.1% / 31%

ACWI 1.9% / 19% etc. and have been for nearly 9 days.
