ISAs orders ‘stuck’ - no response to emails

Any advice appreciated.

I placed orders to rebalance my ISA a week ago and they were done wrong by IE… those ETFs I wanted at 19% were done at 1.9%, at 30% done at 3.0%… with over 90% left in one ETF.

I’ve asked for help fixing it through email and the IE messager, since Tuesday, but with no reply at all. Had they been done properly, I’d be £100s better off.

Given that they’re not replying, what can I do to get them rebalanced? I’ve tried doing the rebalancing again but days go by and they’re not moving.
