I realise that this is the busy time for people topping up ISAs etc but I have made a mistake with a reference number when paying in, and £10,000 has currently gone astray. I emailed the support team last Thursday - now it is Monday and am getting increasingly worried because there is no reply except being given the request number .
It is a lot of money to me, but I was also planning to transfer another much bigger ISA which matures from a fixed rate account shortly. This communication experience is making me rethink what to do with it.
Does anyone know what the current delays are for the support team responding to these issues? Until now I had had quite a good experience of investing with InvestEngine, but of course it was all automated.
