Some ISA transfers went through, some took forever

I have placed requests of transfers of my IE ISA to both Trading 212 and Barclays. Despite the accounts involved are S&S, I only requested to transfer cash.

The Trading 212 transfer took a reasonable few days to complete, but the Barclays transfers, which was placed earlier, were not even responded, according to the Barclays Customer Services. They claimed that the requests were sent to isatransfers@investengine.com but they got no response.

I wonder what has happened to my Barclays request of transfer?

(At around the same time, I requested to transfer my Vanguard SIPP to IE, but up to today, the only message I received from IE about it is that it will take longer to complete.)

While I did see good potential in IE, but it seems they are not really doing things right and are starting to lose out to their competitors.

This will allow us to escalate the issue with the ISA team to investigate what happened with your ISA transfer from Barclays and provide you with an update on the status of your SIPP transfer from Vanguard.
