I wanted to share a bit of feedback regarding the SIPP offering.
I recently got in touch with the team to ask about making employer contributions from a UK limited company into a SIPP. Unfortunately, this isn’t supported yet.
It’s a shame, because for directors of small companies, employer contributions are one of the most straightforward and tax-efficient ways to fund a pension. This missing feature is likely to push people like me to look elsewhere, even though the platform itself is otherwise very appealing.
I know the team mentioned this may be on the roadmap, but it would be great to have at least a rough sense of priority or direction. I suspect I’m far from the only director in this situation, and enabling employer contributions could unlock a lot of demand.
Hopefully this is something we’ll see sooner rather than later.
