@kyotoguardian what time did you place the orders? If it was after 14:00 then the purchases are done today at about 15:15
Right you are, I read it as before 1430, but that’s the time orders are executed. My bad.
My constant refreshing of stocklist.ai spotted these added.

That was rather a long wait though and a protracted process.
This doesn’t feel like the best way to service customers.

I think we (as a community of posters) have made this clear…
And I think some of our concerns have been taken into account and are being addressed as per @fionagraham’s post above.
We’ll see soon enough if this holds true going forward.
@Haggis_Mince In my opinion, InvestEngine—and in particular @fionagraham —have been doing pretty well recently. Fiona has been regularly updating us and sharing any info she can, which is much appreciated.
If anyone thinks another provider would be more responsive, I’d suggest trying to get them to add specific ETFs to their range and see what kind of response you get. I’d imagine most wouldn’t be overly engaging in any meaningful way.
Credit where it’s due—InvestEngine seems to be listening and engaging with the community.

Thanks @Sisaket that’s much appreciated. We really value all of you, and the input we get here is fed back to people and teams across the business. We use it to make the product better - you’re part of the team.
But I couldn’t update you as I do without the help of many of my colleagues, some of whom post here, some who don’t (because they’re busy working on the platform!) - all of whom are always happy to answer questions and help in any way they can.

Even more odd, it’s 4% of the entire holdings…
