I’m still getting used to InvestEngine and how things work. I’m used to investing with mutual funds where the value of your portfolio changes once a day, overnight.
I’ve read that portfolios are updated twice a day - at 10am and 2.30pm. I’ve noticed that my portfolio value has gone up and then down again after the 2.30pm value. Why is this?

That would make sense but the value has changed more times than the number of funds I’m invested in. Also it’s changed again overnight.
Hi there! Your portfolio value is updated each day at 10am, based on ETF prices from the previous market close, and again at 2:30pm, using prices from the start of our trading window at 2pm.
Additionally, if we carry out a trade for you during the trading window, your portfolio will receive a final update by approximately 6pm, reflecting any new holdings and proceeds from investment sales. The valuation of your new holdings, however, will be based on prices from the start of the trading window, rather than the prices your trades were executed at or those at the market close.
