My portfolio indicates that it was last updated at close of previous day’s business. Yet the FAQs say it should indicated it is updated at 10am. Which is it?
10am sounds unlikely as all IE activity appears to be between 1430 and 1930.
Hey @Omian, Our trading window is from 2 pm to 7 pm, with trades typically executed around 3:15 pm. If you place your orders before 2 pm, they will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. Please ensure your orders are placed before 2 pm for same-day execution. Changes to your portfolio are updated around 7:00 pm, but it may take until the following morning for them to become visible.
