Bot response from support @investengine.com?

Recently wrote to their support email and the response looked so automated and robotic. Not even saying Hello John but ‘Hello J’
Large chunks in Bold capital case also.

I’m assuming no human writes these responses? AI done so could have incorrect information?

I have to agree being responded to in an email by just a capital initial letter is poor communication, one may just as well be given a number.
