Hi guys, does anyone have a phone number for customer support? Trying to communicate with them over email is painfully slow.

no doubt you have tried to contact CS but i have used this email and i have found them to be responsive and helpful.

I am waiting for confirmation of my external transfer. Now in my 64th hour of waiting for reply from support on why it’s not progressing, sent another request and checked the profile email, filters and spam.
The empty promise of 2 hours email response from their website for reference:
“Our compassionate Client Support team are always here to help and we aim to respond to emails during our opening hours within 2 hours*
No phone or chat “to focus on fast email support".
Regret starting business with them. Will probably close the account.
