I’ll be honest, I’ve found that I get a response from emails within 48 hours, so I’m sorry you guys haven’t had similar experiences.
I have emailed a few time and always received a response within a day or two.
They have been excellent for me so far, important that you quote your client ref number …….
I also experienced the opposite; The only time I had to contact support - a few months ago, the whole thing was sorted within a few hours.
Last year I had an issue with positions being transferred over, as I recall I used the chat function to send a message, I’m not sure if they’re temporarily understaffed or working on a critical incident, would be good if they could post an update about expected response times and any issues of this nature in the interest of transparency, no?
No chat anymore if it was. No phone either. My email to support is unanswered for 2+ days despite the 2-hour promise…
