Cannot login to the app or online

I suddenly cannot login to my account on the app or online. Biometric login is no longer available.

When I use email and password I get told a notification has been sent to the app but it’s impossible to open the app.

There was a recent update and I suspect this is what is causing the issue.

Any ideas for how to login?
