I have enabled 2FA today, the notification sent to the app but I can’t open the app, unable to login.
I have sent mails to support but no response yet I am worried as trusted this platform for investments but the support seems to be not at the best, hopefully it is one off.
Anyone faced login issue due to 2FA configuration and is there any solutions please
Hi there, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues logging in after setting up 2FA. The quickest way to get this resolved is to contact our support team at support@investengine.com — they’ll be able to review your account and guide you through the steps to regain access.
You seem to need to be logged into the app to get the ‘notification’. But if you are not logged into the app, then you cannot get the notification and are basically locked out. So you need to go through the reset process just to get the notification and be able to proceed to login.
It seems if you use the “remember me” (30 days- was it?) option then you can by-pass this for a month.
Hopefully these issues will be ironed out and it will become seamless?
I am having these issues today 12 Oct 25 so obv not ironed out. It is very frustrating being told there will be an answer to an e mail in 2 hrs and being tied to keeping checking. Now I am seeing people who waited DAYS How do you resolve it yourself? Is here a method? Additionally I had a message left saying they were from Invest Engine a few days back and that’s why I logged in today -to see if it was a genuine phone number. I hear from a friend recommending elsewhere that service is better in their platform. Time will tell with the reply I await.
I’ve been having the same problem - twice in the space of 2 months and I still can’t access my account. I was instructed to email the support contact email but they have been slow to respond and I’m still waiting for my access to be enabled. Hope you have someone help you soon, this is appalling customer service.
