Is it possible for me to transfer my Company ShareSave into my invest engine ISA once it matures and then sell it?
Are these single company shares, e.g. like Next or BP. or Shell or suchlike? In this case… no can do🙂↔️.
Your Sharesave plan should give you an option to sell these shares for you and pay the money onto the same bank account your salary is being paid into.
If your profit would be greater than the Capital Gains Tax allowance of £3K then you would have to report this to HMRC . In this case it would be better to transfer these shares into a Stock & Shares ISA with a provider able to deal in company shares, i.e. not InvestEngine, and sell it after the transfer has taken place as no report to HMRC would be necessary.
