Hello, it’s been around 3 days now with no response to an urgent request I raised through customer service regarding my SIPP closure (323682) within the cooling off period. This is time critical please can I get a response?
Still no response received from IE support team after 4 days… Seems the reply times to queries these days are massively exceeding the “4 hour” response timeframe claimed on the website…. Slightly concerning as this is about withdrawing my funds from the platform…
