Hi all. What’s the usual customer support response time? The support page said within a few hours. I sent an enquiry about 3 days ago but there’s no reply. I am new to IE and it slightly worries me about IE customer support as you can only contact them online and they are not responsive so far despite their claim of responsive time and being operational 7 days a week… PS the request number is 315122 in case an IE staff sees this message.

You don’t need to wait until April. You could already open an S&S ISA elsewhere. After all you can open and pay into multiple S&S ISA’s per tax year… as long as the overall limit of £20K for your ISA’s is not exceeded.

I had same problem. they have no online chat or telephone line to contact . only email .
It makes things difficult to sort out. I send email to the support team, 4 emails , waiting for 6 hours so far, nothing happened. I am regret to sign with invest engine , serious to think leaving soon. when you got problems , you need quick respond and someone you can contact to. but only I got is waiting. poor customers services.
