Looking for ideas from the community on how to resolve this: I am transferring out my ISA to Interactive Investor. After initiating the request, ii came back saying my account with Invest Engine has xx.60 shares of one investment and ii does not support fractional shares. They gave me a few options, and I chose to transfer out xx but leave .60 behind to make things easy. Now ii gets back in touch, saying Invest Engine has rejected the transfer because it is not an all or nothing request, but a partial transfer. Which of course it is, because there is the fractional share! I am more than happy to sell the fractional share at Invest Engine and then transfer the full account, however placing a sell order with Invest Engine is only for the GBP amount, not the share units, and since the price fluctuates, there is no way for me to do a precise sale of just the fraction. This is so frustrating. I emailed Invest Engine 11 days ago and has not heard back yet. How can that be?
