I just wondered if anyone knew if it’s possible to transfer out a specific ISA portfolio and leave the rest with IE?
Or maybe if we can transfer funds to a new ISA by requesting the transfer with the new provider but leave the IE ISA open to invest later?

Yes, that is exactly what I did. I transferred-out my ISA but I still have an ISA but with no funds in it.
@PStaveley I hadn’t actually thought of that. Have you kept the ISA open in case you might add funds at a later date? I am in two minds of moving a small ISA over to T212 for consolidation purposes as it is just easier to track allowances etc. I like the IE platform, but have become increasingly worried about its lack of customer support lately. The small SIPP I will leave as I can’t touch it yet anyway.
