ISA transfer: due completion - 1 month?!

I have triggered a Stock & Shares ISA transfer from Fidelity to InvestEngine, and I’m now facing 2 issues:

1- The process is pretty much completed (all the steps are in completed state, but the ETA is 28th April. This was triggered on the 28th March.

CompletionAllocating your cash and assets to the relevant portfolio Estimated: 28 April 2026

I personally find 1 month to transfer this excessive. I mean my ISA is not available on Fidelity any more. Why is 1 month needed on the InvestEngine side?

2- I contacted support via email twice. I never got an answer. Is this normal?

it does appear to be far too long and i think IE have covered themselves with a 28 day time, so if may well complete early.

i am sure there are some reglation issues that need doing but 28 days appears long.

do you think it is sitting in IE coffers gaining interest? i do!

4 days ago i submitted a cash isa transfer from T212 to lightyear and today it transfered.

cash is far easier to transfer.
