I’m writing this on behalf of my girlfriend. She is trying to transfer her ISA from Vanguard to Invest Engine. We submitted this on 17th December 2024 and are still waiting for the transfer to be completed in invest engine. We haven’t been contacted by Vanguard or Invest Engine for more information.
What could be happening?

I think it would probably be better if you or your girlfriend contact IE Customer support directly and send them all the details so they can have a looksee and advise.
But… it’s probably “work in progress”

Hello, we’re sorry to hear your ISA transfer hasn’t been completed from Vanguard yet. They have a large amount of transfers to process at this time, however, they’re working on processing them as quickly as possible.
