Hi, I’m completely stuck. My cash ISA transfer was started on 14th April. My building society confirmed they sent the cash over 4 weeks ago, but it’s not showing in my InvestEngine account. The transfer time has now breached guidelines and I am becoming frantic with worry about my money which appears to have vanished. Despite various emails to support no-one is telling me what is going on and I have hit a brick wall. If a staff member is monitoring this forum could they please escalate my case urgently? The customer support is absolutely abysmal, its not a serious platform. I had to send a Letter Before Action to get them to take notice after they lost £6k in a bounced payment. Needless to say, I’ve pulled all my money out. At one point I had over £80k with them. Good luck.
Thanks for that. My transfer is a substantial sum of money and I am worried sick. Would it be possible for you to expand on your Letter Before Action experience? I am looking for any suggestions to compel InvestEngine to take action?
I have had an update on my transfer status at last. It suggests that it is the building society which has caused the delay.
