Two weeks ago, I requested 3 transfer ins to InvestEngine (2 x Trading212 and 1 x Building Society).
One of the T212 happened within 24 hours and the building society within a few days, however the other T212 transfer has not happened (ironically it was the first one I requested). T212 are telling me they’ve not even heard from InvestEngine to request the money.
When I try to contact InvestEngine, the email states 2 hour reply but the reality seems 7 days minimum. Furthermore, the ISA transfer tracker mentioned in IE emails doesn’t seem to exist at all.
I just don’t understand why 2 would have been processed quickly but the other one almost ignored, making me think it seems stuck and I’m at a loss as to what to do.
My plan was to move a 4th ISA in so that everything is on IE, but it’s made me a little nervous.
I’ve received a PM saying

As the link seems to be 3rd party with no InvestEngine branding, is this legit? I think it’s not.
I would report that PM;
There are no other points of contact as far as I am aware and certainly not via a dodgy .cc domain. Only contact them at the support@investengine.com address or the online contact form via the official website support pages.
Maybe reference the scam PM in your email to IE so they might send some regular staff back to this place.
