Need help with manual transfer with incorrect reference

Hello, My client reference is IP03292478

I have made a manual bank transfer but unfortunately there was a typo in the reference. I have sent an email to customer service (request (350272)) but received no response. Please can someone help me with this issue

Ask your bank, if you haven’t yet, to recall the payment.

Thank you, did that but I was warned it maybe a long process. Notably the other bank replied in 5 minutes. Hopefully IE wakes up at some point

I hope so but… past experience on these 'ere boards would indicate this not going to happen (any time soon).

When you look at the boards you can see that at times the same people from IE would turn up, sometimes for extended periods and participate here. And then… one day… they are gone not to return, even when addressed by their names and @.

I also find it curious that over the years, whenever I happen to look at the Careers page there never ever seems to be a vacancy for customer service people - at least not in the UK.
