My client reference is IC01004923.
Yesterday I logged a support request (348288) but haven’t received any response. Trying to seek assistance urgently as initiated a manual cash transfer to my ISA but used a wrong reference. Details below.
Amount- £8,000
Bank HSBC
Date: 22.05.2026
Instead of using the portfolio ref (IP01907095) I used IT38856681 on the transfer. This transfer although credited to my bank account is not yet reflecting in my ISA.
Please Couls you help me with this issue?

I’ve been contacted by the same after posting on here. I don’t think it’s legit, they started saying how I need to install software which of course I did not do. That link is also not IE branded so seems so dodgy to me.
