i ordered a sale of a 2 x etf portfolio on feb 8th and inside the transactions tab is was ‘awaiting settlement’ on monday feb 10th, all going well.
on feb 11th it was settled with a green tick at 3.11pm but i am still waiting for the cash to appear in the cash section of my GIA account which is now at 1 week.
is there a delay? when will it be able to withdraw?

Probably best to email IE CS with all of your details and ask for an update on this.
@mark66 cash doesn’t move to the Cash Section of the Account after a sale, it sits in the Portfolio. You should see it in the Portfolio Balance area showing as a Cash value.
You can move it to the Cash Section, see the Help linked below :-

my first time selling on here and i assumed cash would go to ‘general cash’ as portfolio sold.
i will reinvest again in 31 days.
Sounds like you haven’t understood the account.
You sold 2 ETFs within a portfolio.
When the cash arrives it is still within that portfolio.
If you want to move it to your cash portfolio you can do that yourself once the cash has settled.

the 2 x etf’s was the portfolio and has now been moved and is in withdrawal phase.
