Cash transfer taking far too long, why?

in jan 23 as a new user to IE, i opened a managed account and it has grown 20% and i now want to close the portfolio.

i tried to close it but could not so i withdrawn most of the portfolio on 6th july and have left approx £250 in and i have checked the transactions tab to find they all say settled.
i have a banner inside the portfolio which says ‘This will be complete once all trades have settled’ but all trades are settled!

is there a reason i cant access my cash?

why do i need to contact support?

it has been 15 business days since i placed the withdrawal of cash and all trades have settled.

why has 11k been stuck in limbo?

can you not explain the withdrawal process on this forum so others know what to expect?

You need to contact customer support so they can sort it for you.
Here is a only a user support forum where both customer services and others can offer advice but you are not logged in via security and nobody can take any action on your account.
If you contact customer services they can access your account and actually fix it or see what the problem is.
That is how internet based accounts and user forums work.

i am publicly stating that for 15 trading days my trades have settled and there is 11k in cash sitting there and i have no access to it.
the portfolio has just over 11k in the cash section waiting to be transfered to the ‘isa cash’ fund but is waiting for funds to settle but funds are settled as it has now been 15 days.
i know and accept there is no interest due.

update,

today cash has been moved to the required cash portfolio, customer services gave me no explanation why funds where settled 2 weeks ago but hadnt moved.

from selling to settlement took 3 weeks.
