I have a transaction from 22/08/2025 that still hasn’t settled. I haven’t had a reply from customer support either?

Guess it becomes ever clearer that not having a CS team which can be reached by phone is not improving quality of service, doesn’t it?
Usual settlement period is T+2 but could be as long as 20 days after the date of the trade in exceptional circumstances.

I’ve just done my first auto-rebalance in a year or so because I’ve always had unsettled transactions lurking in the background. They sort themselves out eventually but a month isn’t that unusual. I haven’t bothered with CS because they’re usually dividend autoinvestments for trivial amounts.
