I transferred my first SIPP from Vanguard to IE from with no problem.
However I afterwards found out that I have one more small pension that I need to T/R through. But when I come to transfer the 2nd pension I get The error message “;Transfer with provided plan number already exists” and stops me proceeding any further.
I have used the email option in the IE main website to raise this query but have not had a reply. I do not know where their replies go to because I have emailed them a couple of occasions with simply no reply received.

If you’ve previously transferred from the same provider with the same plan number, the system will block it to prevent unwanted duplicates. If you provide this information to our team, they can clear the system and you’ll be able to initiate your transfer with no problem.
