I transferred my first SIPP from Vanguard to IE from with no problem.
However I afterwards found out that I have one more small pension that I need to T/R through. But when I come to transfer the 2nd pension I get The error message “;Transfer with provided plan number already exists” and stops me proceeding any further.
I have used the email option in the IE main website to raise this query but have not had a reply. I do not know where their replies go to because I have emailed them a couple of occasions with simply no reply received.
