“This client could not be located on our system with the details provided.” What?

Trying to transfer my SIPP out to AJ Bell; all my details are correct, but I had an email from them today saying Investengine cannot find me on their system… Anyone else had this happen?

All my details were correct as quoted in the email, so there shouldn’t be a problem.
