Thanks for allowing Vanguard transfers

I’m new around here.

Thanks for InvestEngine allowing transfers from Vanguard. I have moved my SIPP and family too.

I have requested a transfer, but cannot find any confirmation about this, nor have I recieved an email to confirm this. I have requested an ISA transfer too, which I have recieved confirmation.

I am sure everything is working ok in the background, but want to ensure the forms went through correctly.

I’m in the same boat. My invest engine dashboard says ‘ISA transfer in progress’ but nothing similar for my SIPP, I’m sure it’s in hand but would be nice to be sure.

support@investengine.com were helpful. They could not find a record of my transfer and suggested I resubmit using a browser without an adblock, I did this and later they confirmed receipt of my request.

I had the same problem. support@investengine.com sorted it quickly. I resubmitted without an adblock and they confirmed receipt a couple of minutes later.

In addition to my comments above, IE also advised that customers should get an email confirming the SIPP transfer in request and as they said, about 20 minutes ago I got the email.
