Transfering my Vanguard S&S into my InvestEngine S&S in-specie

Good morning,

I would like to transfer my S&S ISA from Vanguard and merge it to my InvestEngine S&S ISA.

My Vanguard funds are all invested in “Vanguard FTSE All-World UCITS ETF (USD) Accumulating (VWRP)”.

I would like to double check that this can be done via a in-specie transfer from Vanguard to InvestEngine without any charges (I will double check with Vanguard as well) and how long it would take (although this is less important given that the funds will remain invested in the meantime.

It would be great if you highlight any other potential issues during the process.

Vanguard advises that it may take “up to 30 working days or more”.

That would be around 6 calendar weeks or more.

As IE offers VWRP an in specie transfer shouldn’t be a problem, methinks.
