Transferring ISA (but not LISA) from Hargreaves Lansdown

I’m looking at transferring my stocks and shares ISA from Hargreaves Lansdown, however I’ve also got a LISA with them that I don’t want to transfer (due to InvestEngine not supporting LISAs; I don’t want to pay the 25% penalty converting to a regular ISA).

Given that HL only provide a single “client number” for each investor rather than a unique ID for each account, how do you indicate which product you are actually trying to transfer?

Anyone had any luck doing something like this before?

I’d suggest you start by trying to explain this to HL - although it’s quite possible you already have.
