With a recent app update, the ability to see the individual %age gain or loss on an individual ETF held in a portfolio seems to have disappeared from the app.
I now only show the overall £ amount of the holdings of each ETF. I want to be able to assess the %age change over time, using the time-base selectors above the graph, as worked before.
This is a basic capability for an investing platform. Why is it missing?!
We’re currently enhancing the way we calculate and display returns for Managed portfolios to improve accuracy and overall experience. While we complete these updates, please note that all relevant data remains accessible through the reporting features on both our app and website. We appreciate your patience and expect to have the update fully in place within the next week.
Hi @ Mikula! If you’re still encountering this problem, I recommend contacting our support team directly at support@investengine.com. They’ll be able to investigate further and assist you in resolving the issue.
Hello @mark66 ! Could you please contact us directly via email address support@investengine.com specifying your android app version and web browser you using so that our support team could look into the issue further?
I’m the same I can only see the amount by my ETFs not the % of their gain/loss. Got an email from support team that system for managed portfolios are still being updated but I thought that was 2 weeks ago. Anyone with managed portfolio experience this?
Still not working for me either. Latest app build and all data cleared with fresh login. The feature just appears to be dead.
I can appreciate there is some uncertainty regarding what it means and what is appropriate to show in app (other threads on this forum refer) - for example what is more suitable for the lay person to understand. It would be helpful if someone in the know at IE would tell us their plans around this in the open
Hi all - I went back to the team in charge to get an update, and they tell me they’ve been working hard on this and hope to have this fixed by early to the middle of next week. Hope that helps!
