I know other issues are having this issue with 2FA being forced upon us, yet no email arrives even on different days of trying, on the phone and computer.
Email to CS has been sent but this should NOT be an issue, trying to log into your account with a big sum of money in it. VERY VERY Bad look on InvestEngine. No acknowledgement in the community threads as well.
350333 is my email ticket number if anyone in IE even bothers looking at the forum anymore. Its shocking, ill be moving to T212 after.
This is now one of my concerns with IE - no one even looking, let alone acknowledging people’s support tickets. What seems like the sheer lack of support for the very people that keeps IE in business is shocking. Do you think that you will even have a smooth transition should you decide to move to T212? Probably not and T212 will have to keep chasing them for an update. I hope you get your 2FA issue sorted asap.
